As a boutique creative production studio, we specialize in creating films, photography, and campaigns rooted in culture, place, and adventure.

We don’t just tell stories, we live them. More comfortable on back roads and in the backcountry, our work is fueled by a life of adventure and grit, and we bring that perspective into every project we take on. We've built studios in garages, chased swells across continents, and spent long nights on dirt roads chasing the perfect frame—because the best stories are the ones you experience firsthand.

Rooted in the action sports world, Oak House was founded by photographer and filmmaker Kevin Voegtlin. Cutting his teeth shooting surf and snow, Kevin learned to work in unpredictable environments where timing, instinct, and adaptability are everything. That background still shapes how we work today—approaching every project with curiosity, resilience, and a deep respect for the cultures and places we document.

Today, Oak House collaborates with outdoor brands, tourism boards, and publications to produce films, photography, and storytelling campaigns rooted in authenticity. From brand campaigns to documentary storytelling, our work is built to capture the spirit of a place and the people who shape it.
